Finally posting the Gortex Jacket. I was so relieved to have this done. Now, I hope it lasts a long time, so I don't need to sew
another for awhile. I learned much along the way. But the biggest one was facing my fears. Each stage of the jacket had been worried -- would I be able to understand the instructions and finish it. This is lined with quite nice nylon fabric. I'm grateful to the Banner women who helped me figure out what to do with the back overhang. It jutted out too far. They suggested using snaps to pull it in closer to the back and it worked!
